What is the refund policy?

All photoshoot bookings are not eligible for a refund, once confirmed. However, if you need to reschedule, notify photographer 4 days before a scheduled event. If photographer, has an availability, you can secure another date, however keep in mind, you may have to pay a partial payment rescheduling fee.

In the case of an extreme unforeseen incidents, accident, death, or extreme dangerous weather conditions, partial refund will be issued. Edited and final work will not be refunded. In an Extreme Case, severe illness, natural disaster, accident, shoot can be rescheduled, or a credit at our discretion.

What is the turn around time?

During a slow season, photos are returned within 3-5 business days. During Busy Photography seasons, expect about 5-10 business days for photos to be returned. If you booked me for a Wedding, be advised that wedding photos can take about 1 month to 3 months for photos to be returned. If you book me for videography, keep in mind that videos, can also take about 2 weeks, or a few months depending on the length of the project.

Do you edit Photos?

Yes. I post process all images after an event. Post processing includes, color correction, cropping, and making sure images reflects the setting of the event. Keep in mind, photoshop to remove blemishes, is different from post processing.

If you book me for a Fashion shoot, light retouching is done to a few select photos, not all photos with be edited for Fashion shoots, since Photoshop requires a greater length of time, and is more detailed. Retouching includes, removal of blemishes, wrinkles, teeth whitening, acne removal, or removing a distracting object from the background. I do not alter the body in the of photos.

Do I travel?

Yes. Rates shall be discussed, vary based on location.

Photographers is the copyright owner,and shall use a few images to post of all social media platforms for marketing purposes. As a customer you have all rights to share photos on all social media platforms. You cannot resell photos, as your own material. If you want to discuss more details about copyright or purchase all copyright so you can sell the images, please alert photographer, so rates for copyright can be discussed.
